FAQ

What to expect?

An expatriate (or "expat" for short) is a person living and working in a country that is not their home country. They may have been sent there by their employer on a work assignment, may have moved there on their own for personal or professional reasons, or as an accompanying spouse. They may also be students studying abroad or retirees who have chosen to live in a foreign country.

Living as an expat can be a challenging and rewarding experience, as it allows individuals to immerse themselves in a new culture and gain unique life experiences.

What is expat coaching?

Expat coaching is similar to life coaching or career coaching but within the context of living overseas.

Expat coaches also help their clients adjust to their new surroundings, build a support network, and develop strategies for coping with the stress and isolation that often accompany their new expat life.

Our expat coaching is specifically designed to help women living and working in a foreign country navigate the cultural, social, and psychological challenges that come with living in a new and unfamiliar environment.
